LEADERSHIP TEACHING FOUNDATIONS

RESET YOUR BHAKTI EDUCATION PROGRAM IN ONE WEEKEND

with a complete system of learning and practical service

Stop piecing your program together week by week. Install a system your team can confidently run.

You don’t just learn it. You use it with real students before you leave.

When Vision Meets Reality

Bhakti educators carry a deep responsibility: to guide and transform the lives of the children and families in their communities with practical Krishna conscious learning and meaningful, active service.

But in reality, it often looks like this:

  • You’re figuring out what to teach for different levels
  • Students aren’t fully engaged and lose interest
  • Attendance is inconsistent with high turnover.
  • Volunteers are helping, but not trained
  • Students don’t know where they fit, or where to help out
  • While adults are engaged in temple activities, students are left on the sidelines.

What’s missing isn’t effort. It’s a clear system.

The Leadership Teaching System

A Structured System for Bhakti Programs

1. Structured Classes

Clear routines. A cohesive curriculum. Easy weekly planning.

2. Engaged, Contributing Students

Students learning by doing and serving together.

3. Confident Teachers

They know what to do. They can lead without guessing.

4. Aligned Communities

Teachers, parents, and leaders on the same page.

5. Revenue Growth for Sustainability

A program people want to pay for — and that funds everything else.

why This works

This is not theory.

Students move through a simple, repeatable process:

  • They learn something new
  • They explain it in their own words
  • They apply it through action and service
  • Then they share it and do it with others.

This is what shifts the program from teacher-led…
to students actively learning, contributing and and leading.

During the training, you don’t just learn this.
You practice the method, and use it with real students during the training.

The Experience

Over three days, you move through the system yourself.

  • You build the foundation: standards, routines, and structure.
  • You experience the system as a student.
  • You practice guiding and leading it.
  • You practice live with students — applying what you’ve learned.

So you leave not with ideas — but with something you’ve already done.

"Students Take Ownership"

Her work builds confidence, reduces anxiety, and helps children believe, ‘I can do this.’  Students begin to take ownership of learning and consistently grow in both performance and self-belief.  She knows how to meet children’s emotional needs while holding high standards.  The result is powerful: less resistance, more confidence, and students who genuinely want to learn and succeed.

“$150,000 by the Second Meeting”

My work with Gopi is deeper than just the amount of money I’m raising. Working with her moved me out of poverty mindset, and helped me discover the abundance within me. This allowed me to take my passion for education and who I am and raise $150,000 in just the second meeting. I saw that I don’t have to be embarrassed about asking them to believe in my vision and that people really wanted to donate to our cause.”

"I Could Finally Reach Every Student"

With Gopi’s help, I felt like I could work with our dyslexic student and our racing ahead student at the same time. She could go to the exact concept I needed help with and help me figure it out. I felt supported. I felt she had confidence and trust in me.

“Dramatic Shift”

Before the teacher workshops with Mother Gopi Gita, I felt insecure in my role. I didn’t find joy in teaching. I felt tense about managing classroom behavior and deliberately avoided project-based, interactive lessons. After the workshops, I gained new confidence in myself. As my energy shifted, I noticed a dramatic shift in the classroom too. Amazingly, classroom management was no longer an issue and I was able to enjoy the process of teaching for the first time in years. Creativity flowed.  Students suddenly took personal initiative in the class. For the first time, I felt grateful and excited to be a teacher.

Meet Mother Gopi Gita

Mother Gopi Gita, fondly known by her students as MGG, is an educational consultant and executive coach, guiding principals, founders, and leaders in schools and organizations worldwide. With over three decades of experience, she has supported thousands of educators, parents, and executives, helping schools and businesses grow sustainably.

Rooted in eastern spiritual principles and a lifelong practice of bhakti yoga, her work brings together leadership, teaching, and parenting in a deeply practical and transformative way. Join her community of authentic leadership, teaching, and parenting.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Students don’t just learn bhakti concepts. the concepts and practices of bhakti yoga.
They practice it — through how they learn, how they act, and how they participate, in a way that awakens their natural relationship with Krishna.

Teachers guide that process.
They’re not just delivering content.
They’re helping students:

  • learn with attention
  • act with intention
  • and engage in meaningful service

This is where Leadership Teaching fits.

It gives you a clear structure to run — while staying rooted in bhakti.

So the structure and the spiritual practice aren’t separate.
The structure supports the practice, and the practice gives meaning to the structure.

Yes.

From a young age, after reading Sri Caitanya-caritamrta and Srila Prabhupada Lilamrta, Mother Gopi Gita saw that Srila Prabhupada carried a powerful vision — to create a system of education that forms leaders, and that could be taken up and applied anywhere.

She took that vision deeply to heart.

She has spent her life practicing Krishna consciousness, and has served for over 18 years as an educator and vice principal at TKG Academy, the first school established by Srila Prabhupada.

Her work brings Krishna conscious teachings together with academic learning and practical application, so that students develop both side by side.

This system, her books, and the entire Leadership Teaching process are grounded in Srila Prabhupada’s teachings — and carry that same intention of developing thoughtful, capable, and spiritually grounded leaders.

Bhakti educators, school leaders, and program coordinators committed to running strong programs.

No formal training is required, but being actively involved in facilitating, teaching or leading is recommended.

You will recieve the Leadership Teaching book and workbook, and you will learn frameworks and strategies you can apply immediately. Educational curriculum is in development and comes with the full commitment.

This course is the foundational portion of a larger Leadership Teaching pathway, with options to continue if you choose.

Plan to arrive in New Vrindaban by Friday night. The course runs from Saturday morning to Monday afternoon. Full schedule details will be published as we get closer to the date.

This course is designed as a complete experience across all three days. To maintain the integrity of the training, full participation is required. Please plan to attend only if you’re able to commit to the entire program. Participants must arrive on time for the start of each session. Late arrivals will not be admitted.

There are opportunities for continued training and learning, which will be shared during the course.

“Truly Ignited”

When I worked with Mother Gopi Gita, my passion and confidence as a teacher truly ignited. Before the training experience, I lacked confidence in my classroom abilities, but with her personalized support, I could tangibly reach for my internal toolbox. I am forever grateful for this training which has changed my life both in and out of the classroom.

"Life - Changing Work"

“Working with Gopi and being able to learn from her firsthand was a huge blessing. Just watching her offered me a lot of wisdom. How to interact with young kids so that they respect you, and are eager to listen and learn. She’s a natural in the classroom and with so many years of experience, she can teach adults just as effectively. She really taught me how much of what students respond to is in our nonverbals. How to have their attention without begging for it or trying to control them. And she just has this incredible mama bear energy that is so nice to be around! I really felt her care for me in our one-on-one time together, and even from a distance as she observed me. Having access to Gopi’s expertise and guidance is life-changing work.
