2. Taking Shelter

As day passed by, it dawned on me that something serious was happening. Krishna was trying to tell me something.. trying to teach us all something. What was His desire, we did not fully know, though I had an inkling. This beautiful verse glorifying Sri Sri Gaura Nitai came to my mind. Vraja was born in their home in Laguna Beach - Panca Tattva Dham.

Ajanu lambhita bhujau, kanakavadatau..

Sankirtan eka pitarau, kamalayataksau..

Vishvambharau dvija varau, yuga dharma palau,

Vande jagat priyakarau, karunavatarau

I grab the lotus feet of my Sri Gauranga Nitai..

Their long strong outstretched arms support the entire universe..

Their lotus petal eyes mercifully remove the fear of material existence to those who take Their shelter..

They have appeared to firmly establish the dharma of the age, Sri Krishna Sankirtan.. To personally deliver every single one of us from any sadness and give transcendental bliss..

They are full of love for every living entity in this world..

So merciful, so beloved, so powerful...

Today we put our firm faith in Their sweet will.
